Bio:

Hannah Rose is a professional pole dancer from London. She has been training in pole dance and circus for 8 years and is known for her dynamic style and flowing combos on the pole. She is the current UK Professional Pole Dance Elite Champion and winner of Best Tricks in both 2015 & 2016. She is also a professionally trained circus artist specialising in aerial straps as well as pole, and graduated from the Gravity Circus Centre's Professional Program in 2015. She performs, teaches and competes across the UK and abroad.

Spin Like a Ninja 2pm - 3.30pm £35 p/p  (8 places only)
 

In this static pole workshop we'll tackle badass power spins, from the basic principles of an aerial spin into re-grip spins, twisty spins and more.Basically, you'll learn how to fly.

We'll also look at creating static pole rotation up the pole, creating static spinning combos and working on technique for flaring movements.

This workshop is suitable for upper intermediate and advanced levels.

Swingin' & Flippin' 3.40pm - 5.10pm £35 p/p (8 places only)

In this workshop you'll learn the secrets to execute swings and flips on static pole with control and confidence. You'll

soon walk away with the realization those dynamic-looking tricks aren't as crazy as they first seem.

This workshop is suitable for upper intermediate and advanced levels.

Split the Difference 5.25pm - 6.55pm £35 p/p (8 places only)

​

In this spinning pole workshop we will focus on splits tricks and combos, including fake-it-til-you-make-it tricks of the trade for different splits positions on the pole, and create simple yet impressive spinning pole combos with control and flow.

This workshop is suitable for intermediate and advanced levels.
