Calisthenics
What is calisthenics ?

A progressive strength class designed specifically for anyone beginners right through to advanced.
A class that earns strength through handwork, use of your own bodyweight and smart training.
​
This class emphasises on the growth of strength through correct form and a train for life mentality.
​
Strength goals from beginners to advanced: Pull ups, Push Ups, Core Strength, Muscle ups, Flags, Planches and so on there is no limit to your strength just your will and passion to get you there!

Calisthenics runs in 5 week cycles
£50 for 5 weeks plus small booking fee.
​
These run at Liverpool Venue on Mondays at 8.30pm

Childrens Calisthenics Liverpool
Tuesday 4.30pm - 5.30pm
