A Pole, Aerial and GST Trainer based in Liverpool and Birkenhead.

A fully qualified and insured Pole and Aerial Instructor, specialising in strength, mobility and movement techniques.

Jo is available for private lessons, group lessons, training plans and hen parties.
 

Jo has trained in Aerial Fitness and Advanced Core Training for about 7 years and is a keen movement and mobility enthusiast who tries to incorporporate these pracitises into all her classes and self training.

Jo qualified as a Pole Fitness and Aerial Hoop Instructor with Spin City and has completed a intensive training course in Aerial fabrics, Trapeze with NECCA Circus and is an approved level 3 PDC Instructor.

Jo is very passionate about Pole, Aerial Arts and Strength Training always pushing herself to the limits in every aspect of training she does and constantly striving to keep herself trained and up to date on the latest training and new techniques by attending masterclasses and workshops from every discipline.


Not only does she provide safe training, correct technique and a fun environment to train in she also provides extra benefits of sports nutrition advice and training tips to help you progress to your desired goal.

Jo maintains Pole and Aerial Fitness and is something that has made her a strong in fitness also letting her be creative too.

She loves to perform, but more enjoyably loves to see her students perfom after working hard learning and studying their new moves throughout the courses. 

A performance evening is held for her students annually to showcase their talents and skills taught to them during term time and courses. 

 

 

 

 

 

Jo is always trying different ways of cross training and became a Bikini Fitness Athlete and competed in the UKBFF Federation 2015.
