Jo Dunwoody
 

Head instructor Jo Dunwoody is multi disciplinary in aerial arts.

She has trained for over 10 years mastering her skills to an advanced level.

 

Through her years of training she has acquired important knowledge about physical training and how to best prepare the body through strength and conditioning and stretching techniques incorporating these through aerial movement.

 

Jo’s passion and love for movement shows through her classes. Always keeping them fresh and exciting teaching new tricks and skills. She loves to see the progression of her students.

Jo holds an event twice a year enabling her students to perform for their friends and families showcasing all the hard work that they have achieved throughout the classes and courses.

Jo is a qualified Pole Fitness and Aerial Hoop Instructor and is an approved level 3 PDC Instructor. She has completed a intensive training course in Aerial Fabrics and Trapeze with NECCA Circus.


Jo is very passionate about Pole, Aerial Arts and Strength Training always pushing herself to the limits in every aspect of training she does and constantly striving to keep herself trained and up to date on the latest training and new techniques by attending masterclasses and workshops from every discipline.

Jo has created an amazing space with a strong community based supportive and fun environment to train in making it accessible to everyone.

Jo is available for private lessons, group lessons, training plans and hen parties.
